

A recipe I decided to try!
Ingredients you'll need:
Lan Zhou noodles
Ground Pork
Lao Gan Ma hot chilli bean paste
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Vegetable Oil
Sesame Oil
Garlic and Ginger
1. Stir fry garlic and ginger in hot vegetable oil.
2. Add your ground pork to the fried garlic and ginger and mix it up
3. Add Lao Gan Ma
4. Add sesame oil, salt, sugar and pepper. Just a little of each and you're done for the meat sauce.
5. Boil your Lan Zhou noodles in a separate pot of water for 3 minutes. It takes really quick!
6. Fish out your noodles and pour some meat sauce on top. Serve hot.
If you can't finish the mince meat topping, you may store it in a container overnight and just heat it up with some fresh noodles whenever you like.
